Chemical Plant Expansion

EPIC supported a major chemical plant expansion project for one of the world’s largest energy companies. Our team manufactured and shipped a total of 35,000 spools and 525,000 linear feet of pipe for the project, with over 6,500 tons of material.

This project consisted of multiple contractors and engineering firms working together throughout execution. Advanced work packaging and synchronization between engineering, supply chain, and construction were designed to maximize construction time on tools. EPIC’s MATVIS project information system was used to deliver real-time spool analytics and QC document exchange throughout the project's execution.
